Which states have the worst drug problem?

One publisher has created a weighted average of 15 different indicators of a drug problem and ranked all the states in order of how they’re affected.

The result? Washington, D.C. is at the top of the list for the worst drug situation, followed by Vermont, Colorado, Delaware, Rhode Island, and Oregon. The “best” state is Idaho, followed by Kansas, Nebraska, North Dakota, and Wisconsin.
